Offering bespoke cutting and decorative edging services, we also supply made to measure shelving, kitchen plinths (or kickboards), replacement kitchen worktops, not to mention all the handles, hinges and other hardware you’ll need to add the finishing touches to your domestic or commercial project.
Producing contract furniture for a whole host of organisations, we also stock a wide range of high quality, sustainably sourced (often FSC certified) sheet materials ready to ship or collect from our Liverpool factory. From OSB, MDF and plywood, to melamine faced chipboard, real wood veneers and an extensive range of decorative boards, all of our sheet materials are available either on stock or available to order, and come direct from some of the world’s leading manufacturers, e.g. Kronospan, Egger, Xylo Cleaf, Sonae and Finsa.

An environmentally conscious manufacturer, over the years we’ve made – and are continuing to make – a substantial investment in renewable sources of energy and low energy usage products.
The majority of our lighting has been converted to LED, substantially reducing energy consumption, and the extended life spans of LED bulbs means replacement and disposal is reduced along with the carbon footprint associated with it.
Our biomass boiler means we’re able to convert our wood waste into energy, supplying our 48,000 square feet facility with a renewable and sustainable source of heat whilst drastically reducing our waste to landfill impact. What’s more, half of our entire factory roof is covered with solar panels fulfilling a significant proportion of our energy requirements and playing their part in reducing our carbon footprint.
Working in partnership with our waste disposal and recycling providers, we recycle wherever possible in order to limit our environmental impact. Where recycling is not the primary available option for disposal, we apply the waste management hierarchy as set out in the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011: Prevention; Preparing to Re-use; Recycling; Recovery; Disposal.
Further considerations are made when purchasing necessary packaging and, whilst we’ll always reuse packaging wherever possible, when it must be purchased we try to use products from a recycled source.
I wanted some good quality white shelving to wrap around a corner of the room, and buying from the usual High Street stores would've meant cutting them down to size. Mersey MDF were not only considerably better quality, supplied to my precise requirements, but were just the same price - including delivery - as going to HomeWickes and other places. Totally recommended. Would give more than five stars if I could.

Have used Mersey MDF, Plas & Ply for a few years now and have always been happy with the well made shelves (of many different sizes) together with a good array of different coverings for the shelves to choose from. Their website is a breeze to use as well. The items are always very well packaged for delivery. I wouldn't consider any other company than this one for shelving.
I was looking for a piece of trim to match my existing kitchen trim. I was able to order 6 sample pieces and then order my required size from the best colour match. This was delivered and it is exactly what is needed to complete the kitchen. Excellent and rapid communications from the company.
I was able to replace all the kitchen doors in my airbnb at a great price and it transformed the kitchen. I required an extra piece and someone called me up to help make sure the delivery arrived together. They organised a pallet delivery at no extra cost to ensure nothing went missing in transit and everything arrived on time in good order. I would recommend.
Needed to replace my kitchen plinths, found an exact colour match from Mersey MDF after trying and failing to find what I needed from all the big chain DIY stores. Really good quality (making me want to replace the cupboards now too!) Communication was great through every step of the ordering process. Would use this company again and highly recommend to others.
