The tape is 22mm wide and has hot-melt glue on the back, you simply hold the tape to the board and iron over it. We recommend holding a cloth (such as a tea-towel or similar) between the tape and the iron to prevent your iron getting sticky. If you wait a few moments the glue will go off and you will be able to trim the excess tape from the edges.
