Delivery

We offer highly competitive delivery on all items sold through our website, including items like these. Delivery charges are determined by the weight and size of the order and are set by the courier companies, all of which have been chosen for their value for money and reliability.

Delivery costs and timescales may vary according to your delivery location, with the following options being available at the basket/checkout…

• England and Wales
• Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles
• Central Scotland
• Scottish Highlands
• Isle of Mann
• Orkney and Shetland
• Channel Isles

Whilst most mainland UK orders are delivered within 2-3 working days of shipping, timescales may extend for orders heading to the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland Islands, and the Channel Islands.

Please note that this particular product is usually held in stock and so will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order. It’s also worth noting that this lead time – and, potentially, delivery times – will be affected by bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.

Returns and cancellations

We take the happiness of our customers, not to mention the quality of our products and our service, incredibly seriously. We offer a 14-day returns policy for online purchases of standard items, in line with UK law (specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned for a refund of the product/item cost (shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched items can also be returned for a refund or replacement. In such cases, however, we will organise return shipping ourselves and will cover the costs associated with that service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with our team, it’s important that you don’t organise your own return shipping as we would be unable to reimburse you.
